Hey, it's me, Sean Flakes. I've been around for over a decade now, beginning with several last minute flakes the day before and day of heading to Snowshoe.
After several flakes in the early 2010's, I disappeared for a few years, but recently I've been outdoing myself with some unprecedented flaking.
Given time, Sean Flakes never fails to show out. I flaked out of the Upper Gauley (Never met a UNC fan who went down the Upper Gauley, just sayin). Then of course, I flaked on coming to watch the UNC & NC State Football Game in '23. Then to keep it going, I flaked on snowshoe in '24, and flaked on the river trip again in '24. It's a goddamn blizzard out here.
Recently in 2025, Flakes has managed to show up to both Snowshoe and the UNC-State game. If you're reading this, I actually showed up here in Snowshoe in '26. But we all know what's coming soon.

Why Am I Wearing This Shirt?
Well, that's simple. I keep making dumb bets on UNC. I believe their overrated hype every single year. I thought Sam Howell was the Goatman. I thought Drake Maye was finally gonna be the guy to beat Nc State. Only to get smacked back to reality, every. single. year.

It's now up to 5 years in a row that UNC can't hang with NC State. 8 of the past 10 years, UNC sucks, and you know they were favored in over half of them. 14 of the last 19. NC State, officially a basketball school, owns UNC in football. How many days has it been?
